Nova Bruin - Vild 7.5% 375ml（ノヴァ ブリューン）

ポートワインの樽で12ヶ月間寝かせたブラウンワイルドエール。香りは非常に複雑で、ポートワインに干し草、プラム、レーズン、チェリーを入れた暗い湿っぽい倉庫の中にいるよう。口に含むと、樽感が強く、酸味もしっかり。ゆっくりと温度変化を楽しみながら味わいたい一杯。
Brown wild ale aged for 12 months on port wine barrels. Very complex, with hints of dried grass, plums, raisin, cherry as well as some vinegar. Slight astringency from the barrel. As close as you get to a flemish red without going to Flanders.

Brekerietは2012年に3人兄弟André、Christian、Fredrik（アンドレ、クリスチャン、フレドリク）によって設立された。彼らはすべてのビールをスウェーデンのスタファンストープの醸造所周辺の自然から採取した野生酵母と菌で醸造している、サワーやワイルドエールを専門に作る新しいスタイルのブルワリー。2016年には、醸造所の設備拡張のために南部のランツクローナに移転した。
Brekeriet was founded in 2012 by the three brothers Christian, Fredrik and André. From the beginning they decided to brew all of their beers with wild yeast and bacteria cultivated from the nature around their brewery in Staffanstorp in Sweden. In 2016 they moved to Landskrona in order to expand their brewery.
