カシスとパッションフルーツのサワーエール。プリンスが好きそうな綺麗なパープル色。香りはパッションフルーツよりカシスが強め。口に含むとカシスのフレーバーから始まり、後からパッションフルーツの甘酸っぱさが広がる。
Wild ale with passionfruit and blackcurrants. Beautiful purple color. A bit more blackcurrant than passionfruit in the nose. Taste starts with blackcurrant but ends heavily on the passionfruit. Nice, tart summer beer.

Brekeriet was founded in 2012 by the three brothers Christian, Fredrik and André. From the beginning they decided to brew all of their beers with wild yeast and bacteria cultivated from the nature around their brewery in Staffanstorp in Sweden. In 2016 they moved to Landskrona in order to expand their brewery.
