ラスベリーとブルーベリーに加えて、柑橘の爽やかさを感じるシトラホップも使用したサワーエール。スウェーデンにラスベリーとブルーベリーを使用した"女王様ジャム（Queen's jam）"と言うジャムが存在すること。そして、スウェーデンの女王様が"シルビア"と呼ばれていることから、この名がつけられたそう。
Lots of berry notes that combines nicely with the citrusy notes from the citra hops. A sour beer inspired by Swedish "Queen's jam" and named after the current Swedish queen. Heaps of raspberry and blueberry in this beer.

Brekerietは2012年に3人兄弟André、Christian、Fredrik（アンドレ、クリスチャン、フレドリク）によって設立された。彼らはすべてのビールをスウェーデンのスタファンストープの醸造所周辺の自然から採取した野生酵母と菌で醸造している、サワーやワイルドエールを専門に作る新しいスタイルのブルワリー。2016年には、醸造所の設備拡張のために南部のランツクローナに移転した。
Brekeriet was founded in 2012 by the three brothers Christian, Fredrik and André. From the beginning they decided to brew all of their beers with wild yeast and bacteria cultivated from the nature around their brewery in Staffanstorp in Sweden. In 2016 they moved to Landskrona in order to expand their brewery.
