バーボンもしくはライウィスキーで造られるゴールドラッシュというカクテルにインスピレーションを受けて醸造されたバーボン樽で熟成されたフランダースレッドエール。ゴールドラッシュはバーボンもしくはライウィスキーにレモンジュースと蜂蜜を加えて作られる。それを模してベースとなるフランダーズレッドエールをレモンの皮と共に 10 ヶ月間バーボン樽で寝かせ、ボトリングの際オレンジの花蜜を加えボトルコンディションを施している。新鮮なレモンのアロマが香り、口に含むと蜂蜜によるシルキーで柔らかなマウスフィールが心地良い。オークとキャラメルを想わせるウッディーかつ甘味のある余韻にウィスキーの風味も少々顔を出す。ゆっくり味わいながら堪能したい一杯。
Flanders red ale aged in bourbon barrels, inspired by a cocktail called "Gold Rush" made from bourbon or rye whiskey. Gold rush is made by adding lemon juice and honey to bourbon or rye whiskey. To imitate this, the base Flanders Red Ale is aged in bourbon barrels with lemon zest for 10 months, and orange nectar is added during bottling to give it a bottle condition. The aroma of fresh lemon is scented, and the silky and soft mouthfeel of honey is pleasant in the mouth. A woody and sweet finish reminiscent of oak and caramel with a slight whiskey flavor. A cup that you want to enjoy while tasting slowly.

Cellador Ales is a brewery / blendery founded in 2014 in North Hills, northwest of the center of Los Angeles, California, USA. There is a wide range of high-alcohol sour ales, wild ales, and sessionable low-alcohol ones, and many of them can be enjoyed by drinking fresh or cellaring. The brewery concept is to express your passion for beer by brewing unique and high quality products. The mission is to carry out repeated experiments in order to pursue the taste and to inform the world of the euphoria obtained through the taste.
