けやぐのSTANd コーヒーミルクシェイクIPA 6% 33cl

東京のVia STANdとコラボしたコーヒー豆を入れて醸造したシェイクIPA。コーヒー豆をビールにゆっくり浸し、ゆっくり風味を抽出させた。ベースはシェイクIPAで、浸した豆からふんわり香るコーヒーの香ばしい風味。そこにラクトースの甘さとまろやかな喉越しが引き立ち、しつこすぎないコーヒー感がなんとも不思議な美味しさ。
Coffee milkshake IPA brewed in collaboration with Via STANd in Tokyo. We took our normal milkshake IPA as base and let coffee beans slowly soak to bring out a round coffee aroma. Then we added lactose to bring out some round sweetness.

Be Easy Brewing is a small local brewery located in the rural city of Hirosaki in Aomori prefecture. Founded by an expat Gareth Burns. They are a small team that enjoy working together while brewing a wide variety of different beer styles. There are three beers that are available year round, while all of our other beers are one off, limited releases. Enjoy taking a break with their beer while thinking about a slower and simpler life in the country side.
