ボンシェンの樽で4カ月熟成されたセゾンをブレンドして作られたBFMならではの一品。樽で寝かせたことで生まれる複雑味がありながらも、エレガントで酸味と苦みのあいだをさまよう感が心地いいセゾン。「ベルギーのセゾンにはないセゾンをつくりたかった」とジェロームは言っていたそう。まさに彼の言うとおり、「BFMのセゾン」として仕上がっている非常にバランスがとれて、ずっと飲んでいたいセゾン。
A saison aged for 4 months in barrels previously used for Bon-Chien. Complex with an elegant balance between the tartness and bitterness. Headbrewer Jerome wanted to make a saison that is different from the Belgian saisons, and this is the result! Complex, yet well balanced and an easy drinker.

Brasserie des Franches‐Montagnes（BFM）は1997年に設立され、それ以来スイスのクラフトビールの柱となってきた。醸造所の名前となっているBrasserie des Franches‐Montagnesは、スイスの・ジュラ州の北西に位置する山々で、醸造所は海抜1002ｍに位置する。昔から腕時計職人が集まる地方で、現在でもここで高級腕時計のパーツがつくられている。そんな伝統的な産業のある地方に革新的な醸造所をオープンしたのがブリューマスターのジェローム氏。大学でワイン学を学んだ彼の造るビールは、ワインに決してひけをとらないオリジナルレシピからなるビール。全ビールの工程はジェローム氏の手仕事によって醸造されている。
Brasserie des Franches‐Montagnes was founded in 1997 and has been one of the staple breweries in the Swiss craft beer scene ever since. The brewery takes its name from one of the districts of the canton of Jura in Switzerland, and is located at 1002 meter above sea level. The region has been famous for watchmaking for a long time, and still today many of the luxury watches are made here. Jerome is the name of the brewmaster who chose to start a progressive brewery in such a traditional location! Jerome learned winemaking at university and his beers are definitely not losing to wine! All of the beers that BFM makes are Jerome’s recipes.
