大量のチェリーと共にウィスキー樽で寝かせたレッドエール。約 4 リットルのビールに対し 900 グラムものカルフォルニア産のセコイアチェリーを使用。こちらはロサンゼルス近郊ベーカーズフィールド、 Murray Family Farms より仕入れたもの。グラスに注ぐと赤みがかった茶色の液色。オーク、そしてファンクネスにチェリーの芳醇な甘味が風味に感じられる。酸味も程よく、デザートワインの様に楽しめる一杯。
Red ale aged in whiskey barrels with a large amount of cherries. 900 grams of California Sequoia cherries are used for about 4 liters of beer. This is purchased from Murray Family Farms, Bakersfield, near Los Angeles. Reddish brown liquid color. The mellow sweetness of cherry is felt in the flavor of oak and funkness. It has a moderate acidity and can be enjoyed like dessert wine.

Cellador Ales is a brewery / blendery founded in 2014 in North Hills, northwest of the center of Los Angeles, California, USA. There is a wide range of high-alcohol sour ales, wild ales, and sessionable low-alcohol ones, and many of them can be enjoyed by drinking fresh or cellaring. The brewery concept is to express your passion for beer by brewing unique and high quality products.
