幾度となく季節商品のHazy IPAで実験を重ねた結果、定番商品化したNew England Style IPA。ホップはMosaicとSimcoeを使い、モルトのバランスを最適化し完成した。メロンやシトラスを彷彿とさせるアロマと味わいを もつ。甘過ぎずまた苦すぎず非常にバランスが取れており、そのジューシーさとふわっとした口当たりでどんどん杯が進む一杯。
New England style IPA brewed with Mosaic and Simcoe hops. The aroma is reminding of citrus and melon. Perfect balance between the maltiness and the hops, without becoming too sweet or too bitter. Very juicy.

Collective Arts is a grassroots brewery in Ontario, Canada that started brewing in 2013. They aim to "fuse the creativity of craft beer with the inspired talents of emerging artists and musicians". They believe that creativity fuels creativity and that creativity yields delicious beer. The artwork on their beer are limited-edition, and since their start they have collaborated with more than 600 artists all over the world. They also run a taproom in their hometown of Ontario.
