運動後にグビグビっと飲みたいラガー。飲み口は軽く、モルトのクリスピー感がダイレクトに伝わってくる。後味には苦味が残り、ほのかに花のような甘みも感じられる。
A lager that you want to drink after exercising. The mouth is light and the crispy feeling of malt is directly transmitted. Bitterness remains in the aftertaste, and a slight floral sweetness is also felt.

Hyllie Bryggeriは、2016年にスウェーデンのマルメ郊外のHyllieにあるMichael Nathorstのガレージで趣味のプロジェクトとして始まり、100Lの醸造開始。彼らの醸造初年度には、RateBeer BestAwardsでスウェーデンのBestNewBreweryを受賞。 品質を常に最優先することから、マイケルほど多くのビールを捨てる人はいないと言われるほど。 2017年にはThorsten Ekneとともに、同じ醸造所で"Psychopipes"と呼ばれる別のブランドを立ち上げ。サワーとスタウトを中心に、より実験的なビールを作っている。Psychopipesは、創業以来、Untappdでトップのスウェーデンの醸造所の1つになっている。 2019年にはマイケルは別の醸造所を購入し、10倍以上に成長した。
Hyllie Bryggeri started out as a hobby project in Michael Nathorst’s garage in Hyllie outside of Malmö, Sweden in 2016, where he brewed 100 liter batches. His first year of brewing he was awarded Best New Brewery in Sweden at RateBeer Best Awards. Quality always comes first, and few people throw away as much beer as Michael. In 2017, together with Thorsten Ekne he started another brand in the same brewery called Psychopipes, where they make more experimental beers - mostly sours and stouts. Psychopipes has since the start been one of the top Swedish breweries on Untappd. In 2019, Michael purchased another brewery and has since grown more than tenfold.
