パッションフルーツ入りのベルリーナーヴァイセ。香りはパッションフルーツが強め、他にパイナップルやピーチを思わせる風味。味も甘酸っぱいパッションフルーツがメインで、ほのかにアップルサイダービネガーを思わせる風味も感じられる。口当たりもしっかり。乳酸の酸味がヨーグルトを思わせる。後口はドライ。
Berliner weisse with passionfruit. Lots of passionfruit in the nose with some pineapple and peach. Similar taste with hints of apple cider vinegar. Big mouthfeel, which together with the lactic acid brings yoghurt to mind. Dry finish.

La Debauche has been brewing beer since 2013 in Angoulême in southern France. They expanded in 2018 and are now brewing on a 50 HL brewhouse. The headbrewer Aurélien loves to experiment with beer, which can be seen in their wide range of beers. All of their labels are produced by different artists, all with different backgrounds, ranging from tattoo artists to youth illustrations to digital collages. All to offer the consumer a complete experience.
