Imperial stout aged with roasted cacao nibs, roasted almonds and Himalayan rock salt based on oats. It's full-bodied but has a smooth texture, as if you put rum and coffee in dark bitter chocolate. A dangerous beer that can be drunk with a high alcohol content of 12.3%.

Hannes Gruber started Nerdbrewing in 2015 as a commercial gypsy brewery in Malmö, Sweden. Before that, he was a successful home brewer with several medals from different competitions. He has a background in computer science and software development, which is reflected both in the brewery’s name as well as their approach to beer. All beers are “open source”, which means that all beer recipes are published on their webpage, scaled down to home brewing size.
