Simplicity is sometimes best. Here we've used German pilsner malt exclusively as the malt base. The quality of the malt means it can stand alone bringing beautiful notes of still warm pretzels, a gentle bready sweetness and the lightest of caramel wafer goodness. Citra, Strata and Idaho 7 bring fuzzy peach, nectarine and watermelon alongside an almost noble hop floral character with some herbal bitterness and a superbly clean, slightly resinous finish.
