ナードブリューイングのトリュフチョコレートをイメージしたシリーズ。ロースト・カカオニブ、シナモン、リコリスを使用し熟成したインペリアルトスタウト。香りは少しハーバルで、飲み口はコニャックを思わせる。最初の口当たりは甘いがフィニッシュがかなりドライで綺麗なバランス。


Nerdbrewing(ナードブリューイング)・スウェーデン
Nerdbrewingは、2015年にハネス・グルバーが自社で醸造所を持たないジプシーブルワリーとしてスタート。設立以前から優秀なホームブルワーとして活躍しており、スウェーデンのコンクールでは何度も1位になった。彼のバックグラウンドはソフトウェア分野のため、ブルワリー名やビールに対する姿勢からもそのことが伺える。Nerdbrewingのビールは全てオープンソースで公開されており、ホームページから全てのレシピが無料でダウンロードできる。Untappdでは常にスウェーデンブルワリーの1位を獲得している。
Hannes Gruber started Nerdbrewing in 2015 as a commercial gypsy brewery in Malmö, Sweden. Before that, he was a successful home brewer with several medals from different competitions. He has a background in computer science and software development, which is reflected both in the brewery’s name as well as their approach to beer. All beers are “open source”, which means that all beer recipes are published on their webpage, scaled down to home brewing size.
