スウェーデンのマイクロブルワリー Oppigårds BryggerのDIPA(使用ホップはMosaic, Citra ,Cashmere)と、2年樽熟成のサワービールを同量ずつブレンド。ドライでウッディな樽のキャラクターと特徴的な苦味。草のような花のようなフレーバー。
Brekerietは2012年に3人兄弟André、Christian、Fredrik（アンドレ、クリスチャン、フレドリク）によって設立された。彼らはすべてのビールをスウェーデンのスタファンストープの醸造所周辺の自然から採取した野生酵母と菌で醸造している、サワーやワイルドエールを専門に作る新しいスタイルのブルワリー。2016年には、醸造所の設備拡張のために南部のランツクローナに移転した。
Brekeriet was founded in 2012 by the three brothers Christian, Fredrik and André. From the beginning they decided to brew all of their beers with wild yeast and bacteria cultivated from the nature around their brewery in Staffanstorp in Sweden. In 2016 they moved to Landskrona in order to expand their brewery.
