Young & Wild Fontan - Elle 5.5% 750ml（ヤング＆ワイルド フォンタンエール）

若い状態で瓶詰めしたため炭酸は強め。香りはブレットのファンキーな印象が強く、干し草や柑橘系のような香りも。炭酸強めなので、口に含むとアタックがしっかり感じられる。味わいは柑橘系が強く、オレンジやグレープフルーツの様な甘酸っぱさ。後口の渋みも少し強め。

Bottled when young so comes with a very high carbonation. Funky brettanomyces in the nose with hints of dried grass and grapefruit. Dry with some bitterness.

Lambiek Fabriek（ランビーク ファブリーク）・ベルギー
Lambiek Fabriekは、10年かけてワイルドビールで実験してからやっと2016年に自分たちのブルワリーをベルギーのシント・ピーテルス・レーウで創立した。醸造所は自然酵母で有名なゼネの谷とパヨッテンランドにある。醸造所の名前は、全てが始まった道の名前「Fabriekstraat」から来て、「工場通り」という意味。ランビック・ファブリックは醸造所で作った麦汁のみでランビックを製造し、他の醸造所からの麦汁は使用していない。

Lambiek Fabriek experimented with wild beers for about 10 years before finally founding their brewery in 2016. Lambiek Fabriek is located in Sint-Pieters-Leeuw, the heart of Pajottenland and the Zenne valley, famous for wild yeast. The name comes from the street where it all started, Fabriekstraat (factory street). They only work with their own lambics, and never purchase wort from other breweries.
