2022年に愛知県長久手市でまだ見ぬ壮大なクラフトビール世界の構築の為に設立された小規模なクラフトブルワリー。Totopia Breweryが造るほとんどのビールは大量のホップが使われて様々な世界観を想像する。新鮮なフルーツや植物などもビールと姿を変え、それらは更なる奥深さを見せます。これまでに口にした事のないような新たなビール体験を提案していきます。
